         Schreibeis is a very serious disease. M.P. Schreibeis died from this disease in 1943. Doctors first discovered the disease in Shreibeis in 1940. By the time they had researched and tested her for other diseases or disorders, it was too late. This incredibly rare disease is only to have been known to be found in the U.S. and South America. All cases have been fatal. Doctors and scientists are still working to find a cure for this horrible, fatal disease.

Symptoms

  1. Infection starts in the feet. If not amputated Immediately, infection will spread throughout the whole body. Spreading of infection will cause other limbs and possible organs to be removed.
  2. Nausea
  3. Constant sneezing that causes your esophagus to wear down
  4. Hair loss
  5. Possible loss of hearing
  6. Numbness of fingers and hands

  • There is no cure that is known to man for Schreibeis, although there have been countless attempts, all have failed.
